The P-20 plate is perfect for the 180mm Macro, the 70-200mm f/2.8, the 80-200 f/2.8, the 35-350 zoom, all of the 300mm f/4.0s, the 100-400mm IS zoom, and the my beloved "toy lens" the 400mm f/5.6. 

Please note:  With some lenses and heads used with teleconverters, it is often best to mount the P-20 plate in reverse with the flange in the front rather than the back. I preferred the P-10 plate mounted in reverse for my Canon 100-400mm II lens.
